Playwright, Personal Life Coach, Relationship Expert, Deron is widely respected as the voice of the New Millennium Generation. With the ability to use dramatic presentations to turn ordinary words into an experience, Deron believes that because our nation is given to the norm of being politically correct, even at the expense of furthering the moral decay of the next generation, the uncompromising truth needs to be told.
With a passion for bringing the truth to the forefront in a dramatic way, Deron crafted his nationally acclaimed one-man stage play, "The Boyfriend Girlfriend Thang." This captivating, hilarious and utterly original one-man show is a dramatic comedy that parody current relationships, while at the same time offering a new perspective to males and females, young and old. Deron has also authored "The Boyfriend Girlfriend Thang" book designed to further re-educate youth, adults and parents, thereby bridging the gap of generational ignorance.
Radically committed to change, Deron has written and produced several stage plays along with seminars and conferences. As the originator of the "draminar," he conducts seminars with a dramatic twist, which appeals to diverse learning-styles, while captivating the audience with creative flair. Included amongst his many accomplishments are "Love Jones," "Exhale Relationships," and "Everything Daddy Would Have Taught His Daughter If He Could Talk."
Lead by his passion for the next generation, Deron founded The Another Way Challenge Center, a 58-acre overnight facility that provides youth, "another chance, another choice, another way." He is also founder and visionary leader of the Soul Factory with locations in Forestville, Maryland and Atlanta Georgia.
A native of Cleveland, OH, Deron majored in Business Psychology. Deron and his wife reside in Maryland, as well as Georgia. They are the parents of one daughter, Talita.
